I am a therapist, mother, and lifelong advocate for children and families. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Special Education and my Master’s degree in Social Work, which together have shaped my compassionate, strengths-based approach to therapy. My background allows me to understand the unique challenges individuals and families face across developmental, emotional, and life transitions. As a mom, I bring empathy, patience, and real-world perspective into my work, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
