I specialize in working with high school and college students, especially young women, who are experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or significant life transitions. Many students come to therapy feeling pressure from school, relationships, family expectations, identity questions, or past experiences that still feel heavy. My hope is to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you're carrying.
