I provide psychotherapy services in English or Spanish for couples, families and individuals and can help with various problems. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and use attachment theory to guide my work. EFT has significant research behind it indicating high rates of effectiveness with couples. This model is also effective with individuals and families. Using EFT as a guide, my approach to treatment is personalized to meet the individual needs of each client.
