Who cares for the care takers? Over the years, working in high-intensity settings myself, I have learned that my true calling is providing therapy to those who care for others - Nurses, Doctors, Medical staff, Counselors, Social Workers, EMTs, Hospice staff, Teachers, Firefighters, Foster parents, 911 dispatchers, and really anyone in a high-stress role that the average person just can't understand. Many have told me that they find sessions with me to be "laid back yet highly effective". Using telehealth, I have been able to keep my rates low. If you have been skeptical, or if past therapy hasn't worked, then please give me a call. I have specialized training in trauma resolution, and value people as individuals with unique life experiences. I only ask that my clients come to me with an intention of healing, learning, and working on themselves. I am not here to tell you to get a hobby or write positive affirmations on your mirror (though there is nothing wrong with either of those).
