I care deeply about supporting mothers in the perinatal time period and throughout the parenting journey. Bringing a child into the world is a wonderous thing and can also be deeply challenging. I work with clients to manage this new role of parenthood while also taking care of themselves and honoring the other important non-parent parts of themselves. The intensity of the perinatal time period can sometimes trigger past struggles to resurface or become exacerbated. I work with mothers to navigate challenges in order to lead more fulfilling lives not only for themselves, but also so they can show up as calm and connected parents.
