I work with individuals ages 16 & older—particularly college-age & midlife adults—who are facing emotional stress, life transitions, & relationship challenges. My areas of focus include anxiety, grief &loss, interpersonal & relationship issues, parenting stress, women’s health concerns, self-esteem, body image, & major life transitions.
