I have 10+ years of experience working with adults who struggle with a history of trauma, impulsivity, overwhelming emotions/emotional outbursts, feeling disconnected from others, poor relationships, poor sense of identity, thoughts of suicide and self-harm. These symptoms and behaviors are often a result of feeling unheard, invalidated and/or traumatic experiences.
