I am a clinical social worker and supervisor with over 25 years of experience providing respectful, collaborative support to individual adults, children, and families. Although I welcome clients with a wide range of concerns, some areas of my expertise include integrating mindfulness and working with concerns such as ADHD, anxiety and/or depression, adoption,attachment, play therapy, relationship issues, parenting, trauma of all kinds, burnout/depletion, and supervision and consultation for therapists.
