I have experience working with clients who are struggling with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues surrounded by low self worth, shame and resentments. I have learned that there are many factors that contribute to someone feeling overwhelmed and may prevent us from reaching our goals that may also include poor coping skills, communication issues, grief or loss, and addiction issues. My goal will be to help you learn how to regulate emotions, identify unhealthy mindsets and/or memories that have kept you feeling trapped, and learn skills so you can find restoration in your life.
