Being a teenager today is intense. School pressure, social media, identity, friends, and family expectations can pile up and feel like too much. Many teens I work with feel anxious, sad, overwhelmed, or shut down and are not sure how to talk about it. In our sessions, I slow things down, listen carefully, and help them put words to what they are going through so they feel less alone and a little more hopeful.
