Counseling can support the building of new neuron connections! That process is called “neuroplasticity,” I can assist you in exploring what led you here and how to make changes to feel better. All of my training has been centered on assisting my clients in developing more effective coping skills to deal with depression, anxiety, bipolar or addictions. I teach tools clients can use to relieve their stress & symptoms. I also specialize in helping couples connect emotionally to develop strong and loving relationships using the Gottman method.
