I am currently offering teletherapy sessions via an easy to use, secure video-chat interface. Most insurance plans cover teletherapy the same as in-person! I believe in a holistic counseling approach that includes treating the mind, body, and spirit. My approach is to work with clients to foster healthy relationships and overcome the barriers that exist to creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Over the course of my career, I am honored to have helped thousands of clients overcome emotional, relational, and behavioral difficulties and make positive and lasting life changes.
