Living in a world as beautiful and broken as ours often involves unexpected twists and turns. I help clients of all ages manage stress and anxiety, navigate life transitions, set healthy boundaries, and effectively communicate their desires and needs. Some feel stuck in the stuff of life. Many come seeking greater understanding of their stories and formative relationships. Others keenly sense the tension of our political climate. What they all hold in common is that they are simply, and profoundly, human. The courageous work that invites fresh hope and lasting change so often takes place as we are deeply seen and known in relationships of trust and vulnerability.
