I have been working as a mental health counselor for adults, adolescents, and couples for five years. I have spent the majority of this in community mental health, providing therapy for issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s and LGBTQ+ issues, as well as day-to-day stressors such as finances, life transitions, and relationships.
