My experience includes work in behavioral health hospitals, university counseling centers, and an outpatient family counseling setting. I work with adolescents, adults, and families, specializing in grief and loss, trauma, and relationship concerns. I also works with caregivers for chronic diseases, the transgender population, and those struggling with identity exploration. In addition to therapy, Dr. Rizzo provides psychological testing across the lifespan to assess intellectual functioning, academic concerns, ADHD-related symptoms, learning and behavioral styles, and diagnostic clarification regarding clinical diagnosis.
