In my practice I work with people that are struggling with anxiety, depression and stress as well as those that are managing a life transition. I specialize in helping my clients develop the tools needed to manage these difficult emotions and create a healthier way of thinking. I work with adults and young adults that desire change in their lives. I provide teletherapy using a safe and secure web-based video platform that can be easily accessed through a laptop or phone. This allows for flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your busy life and eliminate barriers that may be stopping you from receiving the help you desire.
