My practice is oriented towards persons who need support for coping with complex trauma, grief, systemic impacts, anxiety, depression, stigma, ADHD, and substance/alcohol use. My approach is concerned with creating a safe space that is trauma responsive and strength based, in which you may share your current experience, history, and explore solutions, build skills, and engage in healing modalities. My clinical interests include working with adults, relationships, and especially persons in the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer frameworks of compassionate self-understanding, and help people find meaning and purpose in living.
