I prioritize creating an equal and non-judgmental dynamic with each client, meaning our work together will always be warm and collaborative; YOU decide what we work on. I aim to create a space for people to truly listen to themselves, including the aspects they may have been avoiding, and provide encouragement and guidance as you define what you want out of therapy.
