What if difficult feelings no longer had control over you and, rather, you had control over them? I thought I had to figure this out on my own. I was more than happy to be shown otherwise, and my goal is to show you this too. Imagine you have a toolbox: That toolbox contains all you need to build a house, but maybe you are unsure of what tools to use for each floor. You have the tools- my goal is to help you understand what they are and how they work. To have the most sustainable home, a solid foundation is needed.
