I enjoy working with all ages. Over the last 20 years I have worked with children,tweens,adolescents,adults,couples and their families. Creating a therapeutic environment, which is safe,non-judgemental and caring, is one of my main goals. Every individual has a unique set of circumstances. This requires a personalized intervention to create the changes needed to gain the insight to better understand themselves and others. Once becoming empowered with the skills to feel confident about themselves and their environment they soon find life becomes more managable and easier to navigate through.
