I am a licensed psychotherapist in private practice I specialize in individual and group therapy with postgraduate training in psychoanalysis, CBT and Gestalt. I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist. Together we can create solutions to any life stressors that may be impacting you. My work focuses on helping clients with a range of issues, such as grief therapy, depression, anxiety, life/role transition, interpersonal conflicts, anger management and substance abuse. I will provide you with the tools needed to cultivate change and personal growth through developing awareness around the mind-body connection. My work with children focuses on building coping skills, integrating emotional self regulation, cultivating communication skills and self management. I help children with life changes such as divorce and bereavement. When appropriate, I teach mindfulness techniques and meditation practices.
