With over 15 years of experience in mental health, and over 20 working with children and families, I firmly believe that therapy is an interactive journey towards personal growth and achieving one's goals. My passion lies in helping individuals navigate life's challenges and empowering them to become the best versions of themselves. Specializing in treating teenagers aged 16 and above, as well as adults aged 18 and older, my background spans community mental health, acute behavioral health and substance use, in-home and outpatient services, substance use, and child and adolescent services.
