My background working with adolescents and families in rural and not-so-rural communities across Alaska provides me with unique insight and expertise to support you as you navigate your wellness journey. My counseling approach is tailored to meet each client's goals and integrates evidence-based therapies with modalities such as experiential, adventure-based, and expressive-arts therapies.
