Therapy is a deeply relational experience and I strive to let connection and curiosity guide my work. Our humanity is expanded through our connections, and I would be honored to create connection with you and stand beside you in this challenging chapter of life. I aim to create a safe and collaborative space, allowing for you to be vulnerable in your self exploration. I apply a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on a person in their entirety and the interconnectedness of the mind and body. I hold the belief that we all carry innate wisdom and are moving towards wholeness. My role is to offer supportive and gentle guidance as you create movement along your path towards healing. I rely on various therapeutic approaches in my work, utilizing experiential therapy and the outdoors whenever possible to create opportunities for insight. I often incorporate CBT, Parts Work, EMDR, and Play Therapy in session.
