I believe healing begins when we slow down enough to truly listen—to attune to all the parts within ourselves, not to fix or silence them, but to gently understand what they have been trying to protect. My work is deeply rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that honors our inner world as a living landscape of parts—each carrying stories, emotions, and wisdom shaped by experience. When we meet these parts with curiosity and compassion instead of judgment, we soften and then expand. From that place, real and lasting change can unfold.
