Dr. Stranski is a licensed Clinical Health Psychologist at Personal Growth Associates. She works with individuals diagnosed with chronic illnesses and pain to help them adjust to their new normal while also integrating meaning and passion in their daily lives. She has specialized training in working with oncology, women’s health, digestive health, and end-of-life clients, as well as caregivers. She believes that it is essential to actively listen with clients about their experience, values, and needs prior to creating a treatment plan. She is an advocate for helping clients understanding their mind-body connection in a holistic way.
