My ideal client is navigating a significant life transition—whether it’s a child struggling with anxiety or a new parent overwhelmed by postpartum changes. Children I work with often need help expressing emotions, building confidence, and feeling safe. Perinatal clients seek support with mood shifts, identity, and bonding. Both want to feel seen, supported, and more in control. My role is to help them move from confusion and distress toward healing, clarity, and connection.
