I have years of experience working with adults in both the community mental health setting and in private practice. I provide a welcoming and safe therapeutic environment, utilizing an integrative approach to therapy. I meet clients where they are ready and help clients through their healing and growth journey. I utilize personal strengths to cope and build connections and awareness together. I incorporate practical skills into each session as well as mindfulness practices to help clients navigate life's past and present challenges. I later went on to obtain my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California.
