Areas of clinical interest: pregnant/ new parents, healing generational trauma ,nervous system regulation, career wellness, quarter life crisis, recovery coaching, family estrangement, positive psychology, high achieving & helping professionals, kids/parent coaching, therapy newbies, recovering professionals and families, menopause, intuitive wellness, developmental trauma, & intersection of spirituality and psychology. I believe we were all put on this beautiful planet to do things only we were meant to do.
