Hello! I’m Meghan, a therapist with over 12 years of experience working with adolescents, teens, and young adults in educational and therapeutic environments. I specialize in ages 12 through 25. My approach is centered on helping young people understand themselves better and build confidence in their ability to cope with challenges and problem-solve effectively. I believe that each person is unique, and I take their lead in our work together. By creating a supportive, non-judgmental space, I encourage them to explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.
