The most natural part of life is the constant change we experience. Life transitions, whether expected or surprising, are often times we find ourselves feeling stuck or overwhelmed. As a family and relationship therapist, I work to help you and those in your life feel more peace and confidence during these changes. Everyone is worthy of being seen and heard. I strive to create a calm, safe space for people to receive this. I work with individuals, couples, children and teens. I am especially honored to work with families experiencing challenges due to separation, divorce, remarriage, and coparenting. View 4 Photos I offer a non-judgmental perspective. Adjusting your life after divorce or loss can be isolating and difficult for friends and family to understand. I work with parents and children to feel less alone. I am a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator offering premarital and marital enrichment counseling and I am a Level Two training EMR therapist.
