Have you been feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges with substance use? Maybe you struggle with self-worth, or find it hard to stay grounded and present in daily life. These experiences can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to face them alone. I believe that healing happens through safe, supportive relationships. In therapy, I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore what’s been holding you back and discover your own strength. I especially enjoy working with adolescents (16+) and adults, supporting each person on their unique path toward growth and healing.
