I work with adolescents and adults to navigate the challenges in life that we face to find healing. I am passionate about fostering long-term growth, self-awareness, and empowerment in my clients, and I continually seek to expand my knowledge and expertise to provide the best possible care. I practice out of a trauma informed perspective to help you dig in to find true healing. Through my warm, empathic and interactive approach to counseling, I help individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma/hurt, relationships, and complicated family issues.
