I enjoy working with couples in navigating the intricacies of relationships and seek to be more connected in their presence and communication with one another. My therapeutic style is characterized by compassion, directness, warmth and transparency I incorporate E.M.D.R (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, somatic practices, parts work and systems theory.
