I work alongside individuals who are on their journey to strengthen their emotional well being, lessen anxiety, obtain insight into triggers/behaviors and unlearn old ways of thinking with new ways of being. I work with couples looking to improve communication, emotional/sexual intimacy, express needs and love languages, rebuild trust, and adjust to parenthood. I help clients identify and process emotions and navigate life transitions, such as building a family, grief and loss, career changes, and relationships.
