Over the last five and a half years I have collaborated with my clients to manage their mental health symptoms and life stressors using clinically proven therapeutic methods. I am passionate about my career and have experience with adolescents and adults who struggle with family and relationship problems, anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, self-esteem, motivation, and regulating difficult emotions.
