Psychoeducation, treatment and support on reducing anxiety, depression and stress symptoms, while building confidence, resiliency and balance. Services: Couples 8-week Communication Program, Individual; Family & Teens. Groups: Recovery, Anger Management; Buddha; and Resiliency Groups. IDSP Provider for DWI aftercare; we work with the courts and probation/parole system.
