I believe that the most helpful therapeutic experiences and the most rewarding growth happens when there is a genuine connection between client and clinician. When working together you can expect that I will be empathetic, sincere, gentle and straightforward. I have an appreciation for the balance humor and levity can offer in a counseling session. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered. I will offer psychoeducation and skills support without leaning heavily on clinical language.
