I work with individuals longing to soften, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a more balanced, purposeful life beyond survival. You may find yourself caring for others at the expense of your own well-being, feeling pressured to have it all figured out, or disconnected from your body and emotions. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, turn inward, and return to your most authentic life force. Using a holistic, mindfulness-based relational approach, I support clients navigating chronic stress and anxiety, neurodivergence, depression, life transitions, and complex trauma. My work is grounded in safety, trust, curiosity, and courage, creating a space to gently unfurl from survival mode and into your natural embodied essence. Our work may include attuning to your body’s wisdom and resilience, uncovering outdated patterns, and reconnecting with parts of yourself that learned to go quiet in order to survive.
