I work with individuals who have lived through interpersonal trauma, including experiences of physical harm, sexual violence, emotional abuse, or exploitation. My approach is trauma-informed and centered on safety, choice, and empowerment. I support clients in reconnecting with a sense of self and stability through somatic awareness, mindfulness, community connection, and strengths-based work. As a therapist, I value authenticity, transparency, collaboration, and a non-judgmental space. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore healing, meaning, and what well-being looks like.
