I specialize in helping clients reclaim clarity, confidence, and connection at their own pace. I provide therapy for adults facing trauma-related challenges, mood and anxiety disorders, body image issues, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals through grief and loss, chronic illness, end-of-life needs, and pre-and post-bariatric surgery care.
