About
Are you struggling with anxiety, shame, OCD, or a sense of lost purpose? Over time, I’ve seen that the most meaningful change doesn’t come from trying harder, but from turning toward what’s already here—our thoughts, emotions, sensations, memories, and the patterns we’ve become entrenched in, even when they no longer serve us. Through the process of being curious and becoming more open to your inner experience, we begin to make space—not only for discomfort, but also for presence, creativity, flexibility, and possibility. And then, change begins to unfold with much less effort. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful work. I often integrate ACT (values-based direction), ERP (exposure work), EMDR (memory reprocessing), and Parts Work (inner conflict). Our work may be more relational and exploratory, or focused and structured depending on what we decide over time.
