I offer Telehealth psychotherapy as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addiction Professional with over thirty years of experience. I developed my theoretical background by earning my master's in counseling psychology and leadership skills as a Veteran of The Army National Guard. My Wellness approach is helpful to clients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, military trauma, ADHD, substance abuse/addiction, pornography, couples and relationship issues. I will help you discover what really matters to you so we can take direction based on your needs and values. I utilize Mindfulness/Holistic based practices as well as cognitive-behavioral therapies to assist clients in achieving personal growth. I believe my years of experience with Tai Chi, meditation and the martial arts have enhanced my ability to help others heal. I will create a calm environment to assist you in exploring new paths to balance in your life.
