I help people understand themselves – working to uncover the “why” behind struggles, find the “how” to move forward, and discover the “who” you are beneath it all. Maybe you feel stuck in the same old patterns, or you’re carrying a pain you can’t quite name. Maybe there’s conflict in your relationships, or some part of you feels lost or unsatisfied in your life. We’ll aim to build a foundation of deep self-awareness to figure out what’s at the root of your emotions or challenges, develop tools and perspectives to help you navigate them, and reconnect with your unique gifts that serve to guide you toward the life you want to live.
