Hello. I offer 25 years experience working collaboratively with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues and addiction problems (please have at least 30 days clean and involved in recovery.) Therapy provided is tailored to client needs. Some clients benefit from structure, whereas others benefit more from a safe, supportive place to process problems with a therapist trained as an effective, reflective, listener. I prefer working with older teens and adults. Specialized training in trauma and PTSD.
