Licensed in Maine and Massachusetts. I believe that therapy can heal, people can change, and with a safe and supportive environment, things become possible that at one point did not feel possible. We'll work to understand your stories and patterns, explore where you'd like to feel shifts, and create a feeling of abundance of space and time for you to process. I enjoy working with young adults and adults. I have additional expertise with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. I am level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems.
