Cura Counseling exists to help individuals and couples to explore the impact of life's challenges and provide partnership that can equip all with tools for navigating life's stressors. Owner and founder of the Cura Collective, Michele Senkbile and her team of clinicians work to provide a safe and nurturing environment to facilitate the processing of life and it's unique challenges. EMDR and talk therapy are the primary modalities for therapy, while using somatic (body) techniques, including breath work and tapping techniques.
