My expertise is in working with anxiety, mood challenges, stress, & trauma with individuals. Additionally, I specialize in work stress, career challenges, work burnout, and retirement planning. My services include use of somatic, parts (IFS) therapy, and EMDR practices that provide positive results. I also have experience with psychological evaluations.
