My experience includes providing counseling to adults struggling with substance use, working with young adults involved in the criminal justice system, assisting families experiencing homelessness, and providing therapy to families experiencing crises and struggling to connect. Currently, I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, challenges around identity, grief and loss, and life transitions by helping them to process difficult experiences while developing healthy coping skills. I am also an advocate for LGBTQ rights and social justice issues and support clients by processing related challenges during sessions.
