I’m a New York- and Georgia-licensed telehealth therapist specializing in trauma recovery, EMDR, relational trauma, identity wounds, medical trauma, and chronic stress. Using a trauma-informed, compassionate approach, I help clients process painful experiences, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their inner strength and values. Using a trauma-informed approach and EMDR, I help clients process unresolved trauma, reduce emotional distress, and restore a sense of safety and control.
